Ordering Checklist

This information is handy if you have been put in charge of getting shirts but have no idea where to start. Even if you are a veteran when it comes to the process, it never hurts to make sure you′ve got all your information together.

We have provided a checklist below of questions you might want to be ready for when you call to get a quote or come by to place an order.

  1. What items do I want to order?
  2. How many do I need?
  3. What do I want printed?
  4. What color of shirt and ink do I want?
  5. Can I get a proof of my design?
  6. Sizes of shirts?
  7. How much is it going to cost?
  8. Am I taxable or tax exempt?
  9. When do I need them by?
  10. Payment Options?
  11. Shipping Options?

1. What items do I want to order?
Tshirts, Hoodies, Long Sleeve Shirts, Hats, Jackets, Jerseys, Towels, Aprons, Polos, Buttons, Dress Shirts, Athleticwear, etc.

2. How many do I need?
Price breaks occur at various quantities, so if you are not for sure how many you need knowing where the price breaks might save you some money.

3. What do I want printed?
Your design might be simple with just text printed on one side of the shirt. Or it might be more complicated, with a multi-colored design printed on the front and back. You don′t have to know exactly what you want; just an idea of what you are wanting to say or get across to other people.

4. What color of shirt and ink do I want?
Stop by and browse through our catalogs or visit the links listed on our Apparel Questions Page. If you want some advice, we can help you decide on the most favorable color combinations.

5. Can I get a proof of my design?
It is our policy that nothing goes to print unless a proof has been given the okay by you. We will always show you a proof whether by email, fax, or in person and await your approval before we print.

6. Sizes of shirts?
Remember, 100% cotton shirts, even pre-shrunk, shrink a little. Your 50/50 cotton/polyester blend shirts won′t for the most part. Take that into consideration when you start getting everyone′s sizes.

7. How much is it going to cost?
Though a quote over the phone is helpful, prices can change due to more colors in your design, lesser quantity ordered, larger sizing, and taxes. Remember to always get an exact quote with tax included once you have gotten all the details of your order together.

8. Am I taxable or tax exempt?
If you′re taxable, don′t forget to add that on to your quote. If tax exempt, just make a copy of your letter and bring it with you when you place the order or send us a fax at (417) 865-3133. We′ll keep it on file.

9. When do I need them by?
If deadline is an issue, make sure you let us know at the time of order exactly when you need them by. Try to give yourself and us enough time to get your order going, artwork proofed, and shirts printed. Mistakes are more likely to happen in rush circumstances.

10. Payment Options?
For most customers we require a 50% deposit at your time of order; balance due on completion. We take cash, check, debit, and credit. All major credit cards accepted. If an account has been established and works on a billing cycle, payment is expected on a Net 30 basis.

11. Shipping Options?
We′ll be more than happy to ship your shirts. We ship UPS and add a $2.00 handling charge per box.
